ISA is a three phase program beginning with a 21-day in-jail portion and moving to a 21-day daily, intensive substance abuse program and finishing with a 10-week outpatient program.  Day Reporting itself runs anywhere from 21 to 90 days depending on the court order and mandates that the client become affiliated with community support systems.
