HCV and HARP

MSHDA'S Housing Choice Voucher (Previously Section 8)and the Homelessness Assistance Recovering Program (HARP)

HCV applications are currently closed, however

HARP Application packets are available at both WMT locations. This packet includes all eligibility criteria including the new "Verification of Eligibility" form that must be completed by an emergency shelter, transitional housing program or other homeless service provider.
